Customer Support Rep

We are looking for a Customer Support Rep who is excited to provide great customer service, foster strong community relationships, and authentically live the brand vibe. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries over email and chat and representing Sunski at outdoor events. You will also be out and about in our community - this means talking to customers with the sun{glasses} on your face and your feet on the ground! This role will entail 40 hours of work a week and require you to be in our Outer Sunset, San Francisco office (did we mention we are beachside?)
